I am 33 years old, after a university course on wine linked to the Sébastien Brunet estate (organic) on the AOC Vouvray from 2006 to 2008, I met Mathieu Cosme (organic) afterwards and I had the chance to associate myself in 2013 with this one by launching a new range of wine at Domaine “Le Facteur”. I have since managed to regain ownership of the vines in the AOC Vouvray and to plant 2 hectares next to the AOC Côteau du Loir.
