We love Loire Valley Cabernet Franc. It’s almost always food friendly, a little savory, and a big departure from the type of wines we typically drink. This expression is a natural light red with fresh berry fruit flavors and an herbaceous, spicy finish!
Tasting Notes: Raspberries, cranberries, red plums and peppers!
Pairing Suggestions: Boles de Picolat, Roast Turkey with Cranberry Sauce, Baked Penne With Prosciutto & Fontina
