Eddie Chami, a father of 3, born and raised in Australia is a Viticulture and Enology degree holder who is passionate about making wines that are not mainstream in Lebanon. Eddie used indigenous Lebanese grape varieties making ‘Mersel Wine the first to develop a PetNat and a Piquette. Since 2016, the winery has been producing uncommon and high-quality Lebanese skin-contact wines.
