Xavier Wines is the brainchild of Xavier Goodridge in Gippsland, Australia. Xavier found himself running a wine bar in London, UK when he was just 18. When he made his way back to Australia he began studying winemaking and traveled frequently to further his understanding of viticulture and oenology. He got his start in winemaking as an assistant winemaker at Bress in Harcourt, Victoria. At Bress, he strengthened his knowledge of biodynamic farming and agriculture. In 2016 Xavier released his first wines in Australia. Xavier’s wines are wonderfully complex and thoughtful at every turn yet still very refreshing and pure.
