You’re probably asking yourselves why they have so much Chardonnay and the answer is quite simple. Utiel-Requena is an authorized Cava region and for this reason their family planted so much Chardonnay. That said, they are also working with/recovering some of the region’s indigenous grape varieties like Tardana, Tortusi, Royal, and of course, Bobal.
